Whichever you choose, you’ll have real access to the rooms and grounds where the Perron family reported activity — with a host on hand to guide you. Here is what each experience involves.

Before You Book

What to expect on the night

A real, historic building

The house dates to 1736. It is a working historic property, not a polished attraction — floors creak, rooms are cold, and the atmosphere is genuine.

Room to investigate

You'll have access to the main floors, the cellar, and the grounds. Use the house equipment or bring your own — your host will help you get set up.

Respect for the house

We ask every guest to treat the property and its history with care. Full house guidelines are shared when you book your date.
